The Hong Kong Translation Society welcomes Dr. Dongping Liu as our Honorary Advisor.

Dr. Liu currently serves as Higher Education Industry Lead at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and as Chair of the Hong Kong Young Computer Scientists & Engineers Forum, China Computer Federation. A recipient of the First Prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Award, he has published extensively and holds multiple patents in the fields of artificial intelligence and high‑performance computing.

The Society looks forward to benefiting from Dr. Liu’s expertise and insights, particularly in areas where emerging technologies intersect with language, translation, and education.
